I will create CAD plans necessary for permit approval from the city. Additionally, I will develop comprehensive CAD plans to ensure that all members of the remodeling team have a clear understanding of the anticipated final outcome.

Sometimes it can be hard to envision a design concept without actually seeing it. This service is perfect for the visual thinkers. I will draw a Sketch Up 3D rendering of the space showing a realistic visual representation of what the space will look once the design is complete. This enables the client to make informed decisions and provide feedback before any physical work begins.
